Influence of media on our life

According to Dahekar (2017) the media plays an important role and has an impact on all aspects of our lives. It is considered to be the best source of understanding of world events. Newspapers, magazines, radios, television and the Internet are different types of media. It affects our lives because the media has the power to influence our thinking. This effect is sometimes positive and sometimes negative. First of all, I said that the media only mentions what we know or think we know. For example, apart from the media, I have no evidence that Barack Obama has a place called Afghanistan.
Secondly, I said that the media is affecting our expectations of personal life. For example, we see people living in TV shows in a specific way, and we build expectations for our lives based on our own lives. This also applies to advertising.
Therefore, the media influences us by providing us with information about the world and changing our expectations about how we should live.
Is the media affected by us, if so? Sociologists and psychologists often consider this issue. The media was accused of causing violence and was negative about the physical and negative views of most young women. Nothing can deny that the media has an impact on society, but the media is just giving the society what he wants? Has the media lost the ability to think for themselves? We continue to provide information from newspapers, TV news and weekly news magazines, and most of us believe without a doubt because we believe that credibility is trustworthy.

        positive impact :
Helping to raise awareness:
Most young people live in sheltered life. But by reaching out to various media, they can build awareness of society and the world. If we want to cultivate people with a sense of social responsibility, then cultural and political awareness is very important. In news channels, magazines, and social networking sites that power world events, young people can realize that the world is doing more than the "hood".
Help build social skills:

Many young people offend society. The media gives them the opportunity to take care of their social skills. This also gives them the opportunity to expand their social circle and build new friendships.
Help build reading and writing skills:
When a celebrity talks about his favorite book, your child may want to pick up a book. Not only that, but if your child wants to be part of a blog, chat room, etc., he also needs to improve his reading and writing skills.

        Negative effects:
Physical fatigue:
Today the world is full of perfect people. Have perfect skin, body and hair - just like today's kids. Thanks to Photoshop, the beauty of the standard has become impossible. These images are everywhere.
Work violence is normal: the violence in
Today’s video and movie games are frightening. Teenagers spend some time each day watching these scenes. Their violence has become a reality. Many teenagers don't know reality and fantasy.
Obesity:
It is very likely that your child is now in front of a TV or computer for most of the time. The drama outside has become rare. Coupled with bad eating habits, you have an obesity epidemic.
Low school quality:
Young people watching on TV score lower on the exam. In addition, young people are not good readers because they spend more time in front of the TV. A study shows that high-level people are watching fewer TV shows during their childhood and adolescence. Another study shows that different media have different effects on school work.
